About the Division

What We're Working On

在2021-2022财政年度，该司:

• 处理了包括阿拉米达公寓在内的开发项目的土地使用许可, a 110-unit Mixed Use development on Abbott Street and Alameda Avenue; Parkside Manor, an 80-unit affordable Senior Housing complex; adaptive reuse of the Dick Bruhn Building into a mixed-use building with 19 residential units; the 73-acre Carr Lake park and wetlands restoration; and adaptive reuse of the Rabo Bank building, a 50-unit mixed-use building.
